Rules Enforcement: Competitive. Specific rules in this instruction sheet supersede any conflicting tournament rules.
Structure: Swiss Rounds and possible Top Cut, depending on attendance
Swiss Rounds: 60 minutes, best of 3
Top Cut Rounds:
Best-of-three
Untimed rounds (optional 70 minutes but must be announced prior to the beginning of the top cut rounds)
