These are some of the questions that seem to come up a lot for us at BIG so we thought we'd answer them here...
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours vary throughout the week and can be seen below. We open every day except Christmas day and New Years Day.
Monday: 5.30pm - 11pm
Tuesday: 12pm - 11pm
Wednesday: 5.30pm - 11pm
Thursday: 12pm - 11pm
Friday: 5.30pm - 11pm
Saturday: 10am - 7pm
Sunday (& bank holidays): 10am - 6pm
Is BIG accessible for those with reduced mobility?
We try our best here to make gaming accessible for all so we have had a stair lift installed, if you need access to the stair lift please email us before your visit so we can arrange to meet you downstairs and help you up. If you are unable to use the stair lift we can discuss setting up a table for you downstairs just pop us an email.
Can I bring my own food?
We do not allow people to eat food not purchased here on the premise. We do offer a dinner/ lunch menu (download here) and various snacks through out the day. If you have special dietary requirements please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate however possible.
Do I have to book?
We do require both you are your opponent to book your table ahead of your game. This can be done under the 'Table Booking' section of the website (found here). We do have several groups here at BIG that run 'pick-up games', these do not require you to book.
Do you have private rooms?
We have two back rooms that are available for use. If you would like to use one of these rooms please book a table as usual then add your request to the notes of your order.
