What is my Gaming discount valid on?

• The gaming portion of your discount  is valid for standard table bookings, meetups such as Board games on Sundays, Blood on the Clock Tower on Fridays, Bristol Vanguard and Bristol Crusaders 40K meetups and many more, as well free entry to one event a week to your chosen TCG 

How much is the discount going to be on 'special events'?

• The subscriber discount on events will be decided on an event by event basis. The TCG market is constantly evolving and different games run their events and Championships in a number of ways. With this in mind a blanket discount is not going to be the best approach for us as a business. Any discounts will be off the standard ticket prices.

Will you be increasing ticket prices for non subscribers?

• We will not be inflating tickets to give us headroom for these discounts as they are intended to reward loyal customers for their continued support. Any price increases will be due to unrelated increased costs.

Can I use my discount for other TCG cards and accessories?

• Yes, even though you will have chosen a TCG for event discounts, the 'shopping'  aspect of your subscription discount applies to all qualifying products. As stated in the subscription description this will be 10% off all products manufactured by Games Workshop, and 15% off all other qualifying products

Can I use my gaming discount for TCG events other than the one I chose at the start of the month?

• No, your chosen TCG is the only one you can use your event discount against. Any discounted purchases that slip through will be invalid until the full price has been paid

Can I use my subscriber discount on discounted or preloved items?

• No you can't, the discount is a special bonus intended to reward loyalty. We are a small business with limited buying power and although we would love for everyone to be able to pay as little as possible for their games and toys we are a business with bills to pay and staff who appreciate having money at the end of each month.

Can I use my 15% discount online?

• Yes you can. Each month that you subscribe you will be sent a code which you can use to purchase qualifying products from our website at 15% off RRP
  

Can I use my 25% pre-order discount online?

• No, the best way to use this 25% and avoid any mix ups is to contact us directly with your pre-order.
