Welcome to our 2nd 'BIG Battle for Middle Earth' Tournament. This will be a 500pts one-day event with 4 games being played using swiss pairings and a win/loss/draw scoring format with scenario VPs being used as a decider.
Games will be 1 hour and 45 minutes long using 4 of the scenarios from the match play guide.

All armies must be drawn from either:
Middle-earth SBG: Armies of The Lord of the Rings Middle-earth
SBG: Heroes and Warriors of the Hobbit
Legendary Legions from current books will be allowed.
A minimum limit of 5 models in a force will be in effect.
Although there is no painting requirement for this event there will be a prize for best-painted force and all your models must be fully painted and based to be eligible for best painted.
Proxies and alternate models will be allowed. However, it must be clear what model they represent (if in doubt, please pm B-I-G FB page)

Throughout the day, there will be opportunities to purchase hot food & drinks, including bacon, chili, hotdogs, soft drinks, and snacks served at the venue. Please note that any food purchased on the premises must be consumed before entering.
Alcohol
You are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages with you to the event. However, please note that Bristol Independent Gaming prides itself on being a family-friendly venue, so excessive unruly behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.
Furthermore, attendees are encouraged to use the bins provided for empty drinks containers. Anyone who brings their drinking cup for hot drinks for the day will be rewarded with a warm fuzzy sense of doing good and a 20p discount on hot drinks.
